- Favorite Cuisine: I'm loving any kind of ethnic veggie goodness as of late...especially Indian.
- Favorite Dishes: Pretty much anything with eggplant, quinoa and black beans, vegetarian chili, and fresh veggies in a whole wheat tortilla with Tofutti "Better Than Cream Cheese".
- Favorite Desserts: I love cheesecake...and the non-dairy version is just as good!
- Favorite Drinks: H20 and orange juice. Alcoholic speaking? I love me some Vodka...I don't drink it often.

- My Original Recipes: Well, I've tweaked some of my old favorite foods to make them meatless...does that count?
- Favorite Restaurants: Sadly, most of the restaurants I used to frequent offer very few obviously vegetarian options. I prefer to eat at home anyway...which is good, I guess.
- Foods I hate: I only consume tomato in sauce form...or as ketchup. Do NOT give it to me any other way!
